This is a vintage light cream enamel painted, gold mesh, Whiting & Davis evening bag Cica 1940s.
It features a snake coil mesh handle and a gold metal frame.
The silk lining is in perfect condition and it retains it's cloth inner tag as well as branding on the frame.
It has a kiss-lock closure. There is a small side gap when closed. See photos.
Approx. 5" H X 8"W with a 6" handle drop.
