The liquid is virtually odorless, allowing the product to be used for interior (well-ventilated areas) or exterior jobs, and provides coverage for up to 1,500 square feet. Other features include deep penetrating protection, maximum stain resistance, non yellowing formula, and the ability to preserve the surface's natural look. The sealer also contains FDA compliant solvent, and provides an effective water and oil barrier protection. The impregnator protects exterior surfaces for up to 3 years, and interior surfaces for up to 5 years. The product is compatible with granite, marble, concrete, ceramic tile, limestone, grout, slate, terrazzo and travertine.
