Plywood sheets are roughly 1/4" smaller on each dimension due to saw blade kerf during cutting. The material is knot and patch-free on both sides. Store sheets flat with weight on top to prevent warping. We utilize this material daily in our laser shop, finding that the basswood core cuts cleaner and faster than MDF, enabling us to produce more in less time. Due to increased demand, we've expanded into various sizes, compatible with machines like Glowforge, XTool, K40, and more. Please contact us for other size requests.
