Cropped. Zipper on right side. Tassel ties on back.
Skirt - waist - 28-30in / length - 38in.
4 layers. smooth front band, elastic stretch back. Zipper + Hook and tie closure on left side.
9th pic. Small stain on inner layer. Circled.
10th pic. Cut out the heavy organza from inside of 4th layer of the skirt to reduce weight. Still looks very full when worn, won’t feel the left over fabric that’s glued to satin lining.
