The Kuryakyn 9165 chrome laydown license plate holder is universal and designed to replace Harley-Davidson's standard 3-bolt license plate bracket. These accept most 4" x 7" license plates. Kit includes a rubber wedge, so you have an option as to how far the plate lays down. Includes (1) Chrome license plate holder (1) hardware kit; suggested tools for installation (not included): 3/16”. 5/32” allen wrenches, 7/16” combination wrench, phillips screwdriver, small “rattail” file and drill with 1/4” bit. The Kuryakyn 9165 laydown license plate holder is multi-fit and compatible with Harley-Davidson models using: a standard 3-bolt mounted license plate bracket or custom applications; (may require drilling mounting holes); multi-fit on: Universal for custom applications and may require drilling holes.
