Halder Simplex Replacement Wooden Handle 3244.081 – Varnished, Long–Fibre Replacement for Sledge Hammers with Cast Iron Housing – 80mm

Made from hickory wood, the ergonomic and varnished wooden handles of the series 3244 are paired with SIMPLEX sledgehammers that come with a cast steel housing and range in size from D60mm to D140mm. The handles for the D60mm and D80 sledgehammers are 70cm long, while the length of the handle for sizes D100mm, D125m, and D140mm is 90cm. Hickory is a type of wood with an extra long fiber structure, which contributes to the great stability of the handle. This structure also keeps the handles from ever breaking in two completely and ensures that both pieces remain connected. This prevents injuries caused by hammerheads that have come off. In line with the smart SIMPLEX principle, all components can be retrofitted. This translates to savings in both money and resources.
