FindTape’s Conductive Grid Tape is a safe and reliable anti-static, non-sparking ESD grid tape. Designed for use within an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area), it is used to hold together components and circuit boards. Common applications of this grid tape include aerospace assembly, masking circuit boards and coils, wafer dicing, die cutting, optic cables, solar panels, packaging products that are static-sensitive, and can also be used for grounding. This Conductive Grid Tape is made with three layers: a conductive grid that is buried between two static-dissipating copolymer substrates. The two outer layers provide an anti-static, non-sparking surface on both the inside and the outside, and resists shedding, cracking, chipping, and rubbing off. The adhesive is an acrylic adhesive that is reliable and lasting. They’re also made with anti-static materials, including metal, conductive rubber, or plastics that have low resistance, allowing the static charges to dissipate into the ground. Available in a range of sizes to suit specific needs, each roll is brown and features ESD symbols and labels indicating compliance with industry standards.

• SPECIFICATIONS: FindTape’s conductivity tape is made with a polypropylene (PP) film and an acrylic adhesive. The surface features a conductive grid layer with a resistivity of 10³–10⁴ ohms per square, is available in a range of sizes, and features an ESD symbol on the tape.
