Car-Rep 2K Epoxy Primer Sealer Grey is designed to provide a durable, anti-corrosive and extremely robust priming coat for almost all substrates. Developed with Wise 2K Technology, this aerosol solution requires no activation and no mixing while featuring an unlimited potlife. No Mixing, No Activation, Ready for Use. Armed with anti-corrosion pigments, this primer creates humidity and chemical resistant surface suitable for interior and exterior applications. It provides optimum corrosion resistance and adhesion across all kinds of metals, carbon fiber substrates, and most automotive plastics. The de-activated hardener reacts with humidity in the air and initiates 2K resin crosslink. This reaction forms a robust epoxy surface that supports long-lasting performance while maintaining ease of use in aerosol format. Car-Rep 2K Epoxy Primer Sealer provides an adhesion bridge layer for putties, which can be applied directly on the primer without sanding. This feature supports efficient application while maintaining strong adhesion performance. Overpaintable once touch dry – wet on wet application. It can be top coated with solvent- or waterborne base coats, allowing compatibility with modern refinishing systems.
