CCT's three separate displays — weight, unit weight and piece count — make it simple to check the number of pieces in a carton or container, helping reduce waste when filling orders or packing shipments. Intuitive software is user-friendly and keeps track of the count, automatically optimizing the unit weight for greater accuracy. A small footprint allows it to fit neatly on a bench, providing ample work space for parts, bins or boxes. A recessed stainless steel top pan easily contains pieces and reduces the chance of losing items, which would results in inaccurate stock counts. An optional scoop can be incorporated into the platform for even easier of parts counting. With standard RS-232 protocols, you can transmit results to computers and printers via the RS-232 interface. Optional USB interface can be added for greater connectivity. Transmit unit weight, number of pieces and total weight for complete record keeping.
