Vintage Elgin 15 Jewels mechanical pocket watch with an open-face design. Estimated production year 1903. Grade 217. Movement serial number 9833038. The watch doesn’t wind but does tick for a while only when I switched the safety pinion. I don’t know if it is still repairable.
